Our client is recruitng for an experienced Human Resources Change Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading global brand with a fast-growing wellbeing portfolio. This role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to deliver the internal social change management strategy for multiple functions

What you'll do:

  • Deliver the internal social change management for multiple functions
  • Partner closely with the HR Lead across cultural transformation projects
  • Full ownership and accountability for mitigating business and people risk
  • Ensure each process is conducted within the legal framework for UK and Ireland
  • Prepare full functional consultation materials and processes
  • Manage and administer internal reporting and data quality

What you bring:

  • Strong knowledge of current employment law in the UK
  • Experience in well-managed employee relations
  • Project management experience (informal or formal)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to communicate with simplicity and impact across the business
