Operations Manager - New office

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000

Location: Central London

What you'll do:

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's success. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at their new London office. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you manage a small team while working closely with various departments and contracts such as marketing, customer service, logistics, and technology. Your ability to build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your strategic planning skills will be essential as you develop operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the new London office, ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable processes across departments including marketing, customer service, logistics, and technology.
  • Manage and mentor a small, dedicated team in London ensuring they are supported to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with key external partners and vendors including legal teams, marketing agencies, and tech providers, to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Oversee the acquisition of prizes in the UK, collaborating with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality prizes.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for the London office that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking to ensure the business meets financial targets.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
  • Oversee key projects and initiatives.
