L&D Talent Manager

The Role
A Talent Manager who can combine recruitment expertise with a passion for Learning & Development (L&D). This is a pivotal role in shaping their approach to talent acquisition and professional development.

You’ll lead in driving proactive talent strategies and supporting the creation and delivery of our first L&D strategy. From onboarding and e-learning to designing training plans and implementing an ATS, you’ll help build a future-focused HR function - with additional support with the end-to-end recruitment (around 10 hires annually).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver an L&D strategy aligned with organisational goals.
  • Organise training requests, courses, and onboarding programmes.
  • Support implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate on HR projects including pay, reward, and culture initiatives.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

About You

  • Proven experience in talent management, and ideally some recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of L&D principles and strategy design.
  • Comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on administration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
