An opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Manager to join a leading organisation on a permanent basis. This is a 360 training role which in return, offers a salary of up to £45k.
About The Role
As the Learning & Development Manager in this organisation you will work closely with line managers and senior stakeholders to ensure that Learning & Development requirements are identified and solutions are provided so that staff at all levels can fulfil their potential and progress through the organisation through internal success and where necessary, external qualifications.
As the Learning & Development Manager in this organisation your main responsibilities will include:
- Design and delivery of effective training materials
- Conducting thorough training needs analysis
- Talent and Career Development
- Coaching and guiding leaders
- Overseeing the induction and appraisal process
- Managing both the relationship and spend with external suppliers and monitoring their performance
- Providing accurate and timely MI
In order to be considered for this role you will have worked in a similar Learning & Development capacity, working with managers and individuals creating effective Learning materials using various methods and technologies. You will posses a creative flair and experience of creating and delivering effective eLearning solutions on various topics, and deliver training to entry level staff right through to senior management level in the classroom environment. You will also posses excellent stakeholder management skills and Ideally you will hold Insights accreditation however this is not essential.
