What you'll do:
As an HR Change Consultant, your role will be integral in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for conducting thorough impact assessments, developing comprehensive project plans for HR-related initiatives, and ensuring alignment across multiple change programmes. Your expertise in organisational design will be crucial in supporting the development and refinement of organisational structures. You will work closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes. Your ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions will be key in upskilling managers on organisational design and ER processes. Furthermore, you will develop practical toolkits and guides to support managers in leading change. Collaborating with HR CoEs, you will help develop and implement solutions that enable successful change programmes.
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effects of change on employees, structures, and processes.
- Develop and manage project plans for HR-related change initiatives.
- Drive alignment across multiple change programs.
- Support the development and refinement of organisational structures.

- Proven experience in HR change management and transformation within a fast-paced, organisation.
- Experience / understanding of multiple change programmes; redundancy, restructuring, offshoring, TUPE etc.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across all levels.
- Strong project management skills.
