I am currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join my clients team on a 6 month FTC to support with the delivery of key projects and change activities across the organisation.
About the Senior HR Advisor (Change & Projects) Role
The six month FTC change and Projects Advisor role is new role to this established team, joining them at an exciting time, supporting the HR Projects Manager with the delivery and execution of key projects and change initiatives ensuring that they are embedded across the organisation to achieve its vision and strategy. Your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Advise and support project leads on the development of solutions to deliver the desired outcomes
- Create and implement solutions that engage with stakeholders and senior managers across the organisation
- Ensure that projects and change activities are running within set timescales and are in line with business requirements
Working as part of a wider HR function you will also need to assist where necessary to ensure that the department provides a strong, consistent service to its employees.
About you the Senior HR Advisor (Change & Projects)
You will have previously worked within a changing organisation, ideally held a HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner role which involved generalist HR duties and project work and wish to focus on the latter.
You will need to demonstrate experience of working on, ideally leading change programmes and managing high profile projects which have a direct impact on the organisation and its employees.
Also, you will possess thorough up to date knowledge on UK employment law, project delivery and change management processes with excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
