We’re partnering with a fast-growing, global tech distribution business looking for a People & Culture Manager to join their team.

This is a high-impact HR Business Partner role, working closely with senior leaders to drive performance, shape organisational design, and deliver people strategies that directly support commercial growth.


What you’ll do

  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, structure, and capability
  • Drive performance, talent, and succession initiatives
  • Lead complex employee relations with a pragmatic, commercial approach
