HR Advisor (FTC – Maternity Cover)
North Manchester

£35k - £38k

Hybrid / 12-month FTC

I’m currently partnering with a fantastic organisation in North Manchester to recruit an HR Advisor for a maternity cover contract within their People, Culture & Values team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys working closely with managers and employees while supporting a broad range of HR activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing HR advice and guidance across the business
Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience
Assisting with employee relations matters including performance, absence and disciplinary processes
Supporting engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Producing HR data and reports for leadership teams
Coaching and supporting junior HR team members

What they’re looking for:

CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in a HR Advisor / HR Generalist role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Confident communicator who can build relationships across all levels
