A very well established, privately owned Real Estate, multi-site business is seeking a commercially focused Head of HR to join its Senior Leadership Team.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the centre of a fast-paced organisation where decisions are made quickly and people strategy genuinely matters.

You will:

• Lead HR across a large, multi-site workforce
• Drive significant recruitment activity, particularly within sales and operational teams
• Strengthen performance management and accountability
• Support organisational growth and evolving working practices
• Act as a trusted adviser to shareholders and senior leadership
• Provide balanced, commercially grounded HR guidance
• Strategies, change and transform as the company grows continuously

This role requires visibility and presence. The successful candidate will be based at head office, working closely with leadership and regularly visiting operational sites.

Sector experience is welcomed but not essential — the right mindset and leadership style are key.

Package

• £100k base (flexible for the right individual)
• Executive benefits including private healthcare and car scheme
• Circa £120k total package
