A leading pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12-18-month fixed-term contract. This fully remote role offers the chance to work closely with the Chief People Officer on strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence across areas like employee relations, performance management, and talent reviews while contributing to governance development and cross-functional project delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations cases in the UK and EU.

  • Support recruitment coordination, onboarding planning, people metrics analysis, and organisational reviews as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in HR with strong project management skills and a track record of delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Expertise in performance management cycles and governance frameworks within international settings.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred; exposure to EU HR environments is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare impactful materials for senior audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with adaptability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
