HR Operations Associate

A leading international financial institution is seeking an HR Operations Associate to join its UK HR team.

HR Operations Associate (Financial Services – London)

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across both HR and Reward functions, supporting key processes such as onboarding, immigration, reporting, and risk management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating HR team activities and tracking annual plans
• Managing onboarding/offboarding and graduate rotations
• Handling immigration and visa processes
• Preparing dashboards and analysing HR data
• Supporting budget planning and risk reporting
• Maintaining HR systems and third-party contracts

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with HR systems (ADP, SuccessFactors a plus)
• Knowledge of UK immigration legislation and GDPR
• Strong Excel skills and interest in tools like PowerBI
• Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
• Experience in financial services (preferred)
