HR Services Manager
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an HR Services Manager, a pivotal leadership role within their HR function. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, enhance HR operations, and drive an exceptional employee experience from onboarding through to the full employee lifecycle. The role is a maternity cover until September 2026, with a start ASAP. Salary: DOE Hybrid working
You will oversee the HR Services and Onboarding functions, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant delivery of HR processes. You’ll be instrumental in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, optimise systems, and build a seamless onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and mentor the People Services team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive operational performance through analysis of key HR metrics and delivery of process improvements.
- Oversee HR administration, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective service delivery.
- Design and continuously enhance the onboarding experience, ensuring alignment with business goals and company culture.
- Champion process automation and service innovation to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the HR Leadership team to enhance overall service delivery.
About You:
- Proven experience in HR operations
- Deep understanding of onboarding and HR administration processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding colleague and customer experiences.
