HR Business Partner

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join a great growing organisation on a full-time, fixed term contract basis for 6 months initially, to supporting a site in Northamptonshire. The role of HR Business Partner is truly generalist, whereby you will partner senior stakeholders and take full HR responsibility for your site, managing a variety of projects and initiatives.

Job Description

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can juggle a number of changing priorities with a positive, can-do approach. Experience of working in FMCG/ manufacturing / retail or similar would certainly be an advantage.

The HR Business Partner key responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day generalist role business partnering with Managers and other senior stakeholders in the business
  • Case management – advising & supporting grievance/ performance/ disciplinary/ absence associated matters, coaching and developing stakeholders in the process
  • Delivery of the company wide HR strategy.
  • Manage and lead on employee relations issues as required across the site
  • Supporting the business with the development and delivery of people plans
  • Influence the development and implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure they meet the needs of the business
  • Ensure performance management processes are in place and operating effectively
  • Drive engagement, and performance across the site – driving a forward thinking, diverse and inclusive culture

Qualifications

  • Experience in advising on HR generalist BP duties (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence)
  • Problem solver, using systems and expertise on behalf of the business and/ or employees
  • Proactive can do attitude
