Robert Walters is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in the financial services sector to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and strategic HR professional to lead the HR function across the region, with a strong focus on UK operations.

As the HR Manager, you will oversee a small team and work closely with senior leaders to drive engagement, performance, and operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s culture while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and supporting operations across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Leadership: Provide expert HR guidance to leadership teams across Europe and develop regional HR plans aligned with global strategy.
  • Employee Relations & Policy Management: Act as the primary advisor on employee relations matters
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment across European offices
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation reviews, bonus processes, benefits administration, and ensure GDPR compliance while producing insightful HR analytics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Generalists, Office Managers, and administrative staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture through engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and well-being strategies.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations to ensure a productive environment that supports employees’ needs.

About You:

The successful HR Manager will have:

  • Progressive HR experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices (essential).
  • Experience within financial services or asset management (preferred).
  • Exposure to managing HR across multiple European jurisdictions (advantageous).
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive positive change.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 + Bonus + Benefits
