Our client is committed to delivering excellence and innovation, and as an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business, ensuring best practices are followed and contributing to high-performing teams.

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Advisor to join a growing team within a leading London based professional services organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a business that combines the agility of a smaller company with the credibility and profile of a listed FTSE250 organisation.

The Role: HR Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality advice and guidance to managers on onboarding, employee development, talent management, succession planning, change initiatives, employee engagement, employee relations, and wellbeing.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
  • Advise managers on policies and processes to support team engagement and performance.
  • Analyse people metrics to provide insights and reporting that drive decision-making.
  • Support the functionality and automation of the HRIS system.
  • Deliver induction and onboarding sessions for new joiners.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement through positive relationships and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with data integrity regulations and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the impact, value, and credibility of the HR team.
  • Support projects aligned with the People Strategy alongside the HR Manager and Head of HR.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A CIPD qualification.
  • Proven experience in a commercial HR role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) with technical curiosity for working with HR systems and AI tools.
  • A proactive approach with a professional work ethic.
  • A willingness to learn new things and contribute ideas.
