HR Advisor

A fast-growing international LegalTech company is looking for a passionate and proactive HR Generalist to join their UK People Team. This is a hybrid role based in their stunning office, supporting around 150 employees across multiple UK locations.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR – from employee relations and policy updates to engagement initiatives and payroll coordination. You’ll also play a key role in strategic projects, working closely with a collaborative HR team across the UK, Europe, and North America.

What you’ll be doing:

• First point of contact for HR queries (in person and via service desk)
• Coaching managers on ER, performance, and workforce planning
• Managing onboarding, contracts, exits, and HRIS updates
• Coordinating monthly payroll input
• Leading internal events and engagement initiatives
• Driving HR projects (e.g. harmonisation, process improvement)
• Supporting recruitment and training delivery

What you’ll bring:

• 4+ years’ experience in a generalist/advisory HR role
• Strong UK employment law knowledge
• Confident handling ER casework
• Experience with HRIS (e.g. BambooHR) and data reporting
• Payroll processing experience
• CIPD qualified (or working towards)
• A people-first mindset and a proactive, adaptable approach
