Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to join their team. You'll act as a liaison between employees, management, and external parties involved in the TUPE process, ensuring open lines of communication and consistent messaging. The Role:

  • Build working relationships with Sales & Operations team members
  • Act as a liaison between employees, management, and external parties involved in the TUPE process
  • Maintain open lines of communication and ensure consistent messaging
  • Onboard TUPE employees onto HR system
  • Ensure all HR processes are followed correctly and efficiently
  • Manage any HR related queries or issues that arise
