An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to take on a key role as UK HR Manager. This role will act as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters in the UK, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and driving continuous improvement within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted HR advisor.

• Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global consistency.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including direct sourcing and agency coordination.

• Handle UK and US payroll administration, working closely with external payroll vendors.

• Ensure legal compliance and act as the lead contact for government-related HR matters.

• Support training and development initiatives, including tracking training budgets and liaising with vendors.

• Oversee employee life-cycle processes such as on-boarding, contract renewals, and promotions.

• Provide HR administrative support and assist in global HR projects.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR Generalist role.

• Experience working in a global, multicultural environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
