You will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR activities and will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture by leading employee engagement initiatives and contribute to global HR projects.
Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR professional with a passion for employee relations to step into the role of Operational HR Manager. This hands-on, operational role will involve managing a broad range of HR activities, with a particular emphasis on employee relations.
What you'll do:
As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR activities.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on ER matters
- Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Support the recruitment process
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Lead employee engagement initiatives
- Promote and support mental health initiatives within the workplace
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Lead and contribute to various global HR projects
