Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Administrator to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, where your commitment and enthusiasm will be valued and rewarded. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing HR-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation. Your involvement in the recruitment process will be vital, from liaising with recruitment agencies to setting up interviews. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organisational objectives.

The role:

  • Manage HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives
  • Lead the organisation’s HR departments, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS) and financial planning of the department

The right candidate:

  • Proven experience as an HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
