As Reward and Benefits Advisor, your role will be pivotal in managing all statutory and non-statutory benefits programs across Europe, in addition you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Benefits Director on various projects

Our client is seeking a Reward and Benefits Advisor to join their innovative and collaborative team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the world's largest global FinTech. This role offers a chance to manage all statutory and non-statutory benefits programs throughout Europe.

What you'll do:

As a Reward and Benefits Advisor, your role will be pivotal in managing all statutory and non-statutory benefits programs across Europe. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Benefits Director on various projects and your responsibilities will also include:

  • Manage all statutory and non-statutory benefits programs/activities throughout Europe.
  • Work closely with the Benefits Director on various projects.
  • Respond to colleague enquiries and validate monthly payroll data for benefits.
  • Administer Medical, Life insurance, Pension, and various other Country specific statutory and non-statutory benefits.
  • Coordinate with Finance team for payment, reconciliation and other required activities.
  • Assist in annual enrollment related activities.
  • Seek and implement opportunities for process improvement.

What you bring:

  • Experience in managing statutory and non-statutory benefits programs.
  • Ability to supervise and manage a team.
  • Strong communication skills to respond effectively to colleague enquiries.
  • Experience in administering various benefits including Medical, Life insurance, Pension among others.
  • Ability to coordinate with finance teams for payment, reconciliation and other required activities.
  • Experience in assisting in annual enrollment related activities.
  • Proven ability to seek and implement opportunities for process improvement.
