HR Business Partner
Contract: Permanent
Location: Manchester City Centre (fully on-site)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours: Office hours, Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Employment Law Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide legally compliant and commercially led advice on all aspects of HR and Employment Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to queries, providing guidance throughout all stages of the business and employee employment life cycle, and ensuring maximum retention levels. With a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum and a central Manchester location, this role is perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
As an Employment Law Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in providing expert advice on HR and Employment Law matters. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, responding to their queries via telephone and email. Your excellent organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all advice is logged correctly and accurately. You'll also play a key role in fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the team, supporting the development of your colleagues.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Employment Law Business Partner role will bring a high level of confidentiality and integrity, coupled with excellent organisational skills. Your strong communication skills will enable you to provide detailed and authoritative advice on employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word is essential for this role. Your ability to work effectively as part of a busy team will ensure your success in this position.
