A new opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join a hugely successful and well regarded global professional services firm based in the City of London. This role will play a pivotal role supporting Senior stakeholders and working collaboratively with the wider HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a dynamic team in an exciting and fast paced Professional Services firm with a global remit. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to make a significant impact within their role.

What you'll do:

As an HR Advisor, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the human resources function. Your excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task effectively will be key in this role.

  • Identify development needs and engage stakeholders to respond to those needs
  • Advise stakeholders on policy and best practice with regards to performance management and employee relations issues
  • Support the annual appraisal, salary and bonus review process
  • Conduct exit interviews and advise partners/managers on policy and best practice
  • Contribute to special projects across the Global/London HR strategy

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Advisor position will bring extensive experience from previous roles in a fast paced, corporate organisation where they have operated at an advisory level.

  • Experience of operating at an advisory level where HR has been an effective business partner
  • Extensive knowledge of HR practices
