We are working exclusively with an Asian Financial Services Group for their London branch in seeking an HR Associate to support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations. It requires understanding of HR policies, excellent communication, and confidentiality handling. Responsibilities include new hire onboarding, recruitment, HR admin, payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and ad hoc projects.
Process payroll with third-party provider, handle payroll database maintenance, and ensure accuracy.
Review and process HR-related invoices, ensuring regulatory submissions are timely.
Administer compensation, benefits, and assist in year-end processes.
Conduct onboarding tasks, including pre-hire paperwork, background checks, and compliance maintenance.
Manage general administration tasks, respond to external requests, maintain HR records, and generate reports.
Assist in performance management processes and participate in HR projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (HR focus preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3-5 years of HR experience, including payroll processing.
Fast learner, proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and effective team player.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
