An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Senior HR Business Partner for a banking and financial services institution in central London in their brand new offices on a hybrid basis. £100K - £120K Plus 40 - 50% Bonus and great benefits.
Working in partnership with senior management teams, the purpose of the Senior HR Business Partner role is to drive the HR Strategy across their business area.
HR Business Partners work alongside senior management teams to coach and advise on HR matters, deliver cyclical operational HR activity, and provide business feedback to central HR teams.
This is a true senior business partner role involving supporting Senior Management and customer groups of around 300-400 employees on all elements of HR including Organisational Effectiveness, Business Transformation, Talent, Performance and Reward, People Data and Culture and Engagement.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Excellent track record and experience in HR Management
- Strong ER and employment law knowledge
- Ideally having worked in financial services or management consultancy
- Highly disciplined person with ability to form and express well-reasoned arguments and to influence senior management
