A global investment bank are looking to hire an HR Coordinator to join their fast paced, growing team in London.
A global investment bank are looking to hire an HR Coordinator to join their fast paced, growing team in London on a permanent basis.
You will be working in the HR department with a range of roles and responsibilities. The role will be supporting HRBPs and relevant team members, and is in a generalist capacity.
Key Responsibilities include:
- process and project management
- HR systems data entry and reporting
- general administrative support
- timely and accurate completion of critical HR processes
- assisting with company immigration matters
Key Requirements include:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 1-2 years HR and/or admin experience
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Exceptionally detail orientated with strong organisation
- Significant experience working with HRIS and Microsoft
- Strong interpersonal skills
