A HR Change Advisor required for a health care business based in Runcorn. This is for a 6 month contract initially and is paying up to £45,000 per annum. This can be flexible for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to support a change project for a growing business.
I am looking for somebody with a fresh mind set to challenge the existing processes within the central admin team which covers recruitment, on boarding, administration, compliance and general HR queries. This role will make a real difference to the full candidate journey.
You will create value, add process and make a difference. This role has the potential to make the live of the business easier.
You will be expected to asses all of the current process and procedures within the business and look at how we can change, improve and streamline each one individually. You will work with the HR team to make sure that processes are fit for purpose. You will deal will the full end to end process for each of the change projects from review to implementation.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved in various ad-hoc HR projects as and when is required.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Experience within the NHS or within a health care environment.
- have a working knowledge of the NHS Agenda for Change as well as have experience of a knowledge in the recruitment and on boarding process for NHS and Health Care professionals such as Doctors and Nurses. This includes understanding the compliance process and having issuing NHS contracts to these professionals.
- Ideally you will have worked in a shared service or central service team with experience of process change and innovation.
- You must have a passion and a knowledge of driving change and improvement throughout a business.
This role is offered on a 6 month contract initially and is paying an annual salary of up to £45,000. This salary can be negotiated for the right candidate.
