This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a great team that delivers HR service to over 30 countries across Europe based in Bracknell. The HR Shared Service Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the European HR Shared Services operation continues to provide consistent, effective and high quality client service delivery to ensure KPIs are continually met / exceeded.
This role focuses on supporting the high performance of the HR Shared Service Centre Advisors, ensuring that this is actively driven through inspirational management, effective coaching and guidance, continued development and with a sense of fun.
Work in close collaboration with the HR Operations Excellence team, HRSSC Advisors and the Area HR Manager to ensure that the HRSSC KPIs are continually achieved.
Support embedding tier 1 HR operations service into the HRSSC from all countries that are supported .
Drive the performance of the HR Shared Service Centre Advisors so they continually meet/exceed the expectations of their roles, ensuring that they:
· have the right knowledge / skills and demonstrate the appropriate behaviours.
· have clear objectives and measures of performance and receive regular feedback on how they are performing.
· are regularly briefed and share lessons learnt to improve overall performance of the team.
Intervene / manage cases where HR Shared Service Centre Advisors need additional support, where service levels are in danger of not being met or cases are highly sensitive / client complaints have been raised.
Support an environment which supports outstanding customer intimacy, continuous improvement, quality, high employee engagement, high team performance and collaboration.
Eliminate or minimise employee's exposure to risks by reviewing, regularly, the health and safety risk register, applying appropriate controls, communicating results of risk assessment and ensuring health and safety is considered in the planning and execution of all LR activities.
Manage your own and your team's compliance with health and safety rules, instructions, systems and legal requirements, ensuring employees are suitably trained and adequate resources are available to work safely.
Monitor and review health and safety performance, observe safety behaviours in the workplace, taking appropriate corrective and preventive action as necessary and suggesting and implementing improvement activities.
Who are we looking for?
Experience and proven success of leading a HR Shared Service Centre team
Excellent understanding of the critical success factors essential for the SSC to be an effective, efficient and customer centric business service provider
Excellent English Language communication skills
A level education or equivalent.
HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) desirable
