Our client is a private equity-backed, technology-driven financial services business which is going through rapid growth both in the UK and international markets. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of HR or HR director to take responsibility for the HR function within the UK and certain overseas locations.
The role is based in London, reporting directly to the CHRO, and will have close interaction and partnership with the broader global HR team and group wide centres of competence.
The role includes F2F partnering with senior leaders locally and overseas to drive a complete and professional HR service, including (but not limited to): organisational and business unit effectiveness, workforce planning, employee on-boarding, employee relations, engagement and retention, performance, goals, talent management, and total reward management.

Personality and chemistry are key, with the ability to be a sparring partner for the CHRO, and act as an internal ambassador, upholding and promoting the company values and its diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives. You will execute HR action plans in line with global HR guidelines and management expectations, and drive improvement of the local CSR footprint.
