This top-tier investment bank based in London is looking for an accomplished HR Business Partner Vice President with extensive front office client group experience to join the global HR team in a busy and varied role. You will act as the key business advisor for the Investment Banking Division working with stakeholders of all levels across multiple locations.
More specifically, as an HR Business Partner Vice President, you will be responsible for:
- Generalist HR Advisory across the EMEA region for complex front office client groups
- Management of Employee Relations
- Supporting global business heads based in London
- Compensation and Benefits
- Change management initiatives
- HR Policies
- HR Strategy and Projects
- Talent and succession planning
- Performance management
- Team Management
With a background working in an HR Business Partner Vice President role, ideally within the financial services / investment banking industry and with front office clients, you will be used to managing high volume and high performance HR processes end to end, in a fast paced environment. You will also have exceptional stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills. A degree and / or CIPD certification is preferred.
