A large migration project

BNY Mellon originally needed a recruitment partner to manage a large migration project as they moved several central functions from London to the North West.

Managing the full hiring process

Along with meeting several candidates and supervising the initial interview processes, Robert Walters manages all pre-employment screening for BNY Mellon candidates, including psychometric testing, credit and reference checks.
