Our client, a leading multinational independent investment bank and financial services company, is seeking an Executive Assistant for their Investment Banking Division. This role offers a competitive salary of £50000 - £55000 per annum plus bonus. The position is based in central London.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting a team that provides worldwide financial advisory services, capital markets services, asset management, and wealth management.
What you'll do:
As an Executive Assistant within the Investment Banking Division, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the department. You will be responsible for managing diaries effectively, coordinating travel arrangements, organising key events, assisting with presentations, proofreading documents, processing expenses, and greeting clients. Your ability to multitask will be crucial as you balance these responsibilities while also undertaking general administrative tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of investment banking.
