Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two busy Managing Directors within their Equities division. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your talent and passion will be critical to success. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control business schedules extensively
  • Proactively manage changing schedules, prioritising time-sensitive tasks
  • Arrange meeting venues, conference calls, video conferences facilities, catering
  • Interact extensively with external clients, building and maintaining relationships
  • Act as gatekeeper for all requests
  • Manage incoming emails and phone calls, acting upon content where applicable
  • Schedule complex travel itineraries and event organisation
  • Coordinate all travel including flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation
  • Manage events such as client entertainment, closing events, offsites/on-sites, social/team events
  • Provide phone cover and Assistant coverage to Bankers outside of designated team

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience providing support at Executive level
  • Ability to take complete ownership of tasks without need for chasing
  • Confident and outgoing personality with ability to liaise at all levels
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with last-minute schedule changes effectively
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required
  • Discreet professional manner with ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
  • Proactive approach with ability to use own initiative and judgement
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Resourceful, innovative, proactive approach

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Investment Banking.
