Our client seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support their Directors in a part-time, flexible role (3-5 days*/week). The ideal candidate will manage complex schedules, handle confidential information, and assist with high-level projects. A basic understanding of legal terms and the ability to work independently are essential.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel for Directors.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external communications.
  • Organize and maintain confidential documents.
  • Prepare and distribute Board materials, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Support and manage various projects.
  • Handle tasks and projects delegated by Board Directors.
  • Proactively follow up on pending issues and gather necessary information.
  • Conduct research to provide crucial information for Directors' decision-making.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives or board members.
  • A basic understanding of legal terms.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing data rooms and project support.
