A prestigious property development firm situated in the heart of Central London is currently seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. This exciting opportunity offers a 12-month fixed contract. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive assistance to high-level executives.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the position
  • Provide administrative support to the Co-CEO and wider team
  • Manage office calendar for meeting rooms and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Monitor and assist with maintenance of the Company website
  • Collate, prepare, and batch accounts payable and receivable for clients
  • Develop and maintain an effective network and working relationship with all clients and external parties
  • Process all invoices and expenses
  • Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls
  • Sort and distribute all incoming correspondence including mail, deliveries, and emails
  • Prepare outgoing correspondence as directed
  • Create and modify documents such as client reports, memos, presentations, outgoing correspondence, and financial statements
  • Manage all office operations including cleaning contracts, stock control, and maintenance of office equipment and furniture
  • Support directors and team in assigned project-based work
  • Coordinate special events and social activities for the whole office
  • Greet office visitors and direct them to appropriate meeting rooms
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
  • Experience in the property development and investment industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office
  • Strong diary management skills
  • Highest standard of discretion and confidentiality essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and multitasking skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do operational approach to workload
  • High level of attention to detail
