Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 doe
Location: Manchester City Centre – fully office based
Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)

What you'll do:
As an Advisory Manager, your role will be pivotal in overseeing the Legal Advisory team. You'll be responsible for ensuring that your team provides top-notch advice across a wide range of legal areas. Your excellent managerial skills will be put to use as you monitor call volumes, provide real-time feedback, and handle client queries. You'll also play a key role in maintaining and growing the unique offerings within the legal and financial team. This role requires high levels of professional standards whilst working in a telephone environment, adhering to KPI’s and SLA’s.
* Oversee the Legal Advisory team, ensuring they provide legally competent advice and exceptional service levels.
* Monitor call volumes and individual call states to ensure team availability.
* Provide feedback and coaching to individuals, reviewing quality assessments and training.
* Serve as a point of contact for clients and organisations with queries.
* Assist in the investigation of complaints and liaise with wider management team regarding service issues.
* Maintain and grow the unique offerings within the legal and financial team.
* Identify areas of learning and ensure necessary research and self-learning takes place in areas of development.
* Conduct reviews and 1-1s, with the support of a departmental Lead.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Advisory Manager position brings a wealth of experience from an employee assistance programme or similar professional environment. Your supervisory or managerial experience will be invaluable in this role, as well as your law degree or equivalent qualification. Your understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct and the BACP Ethical Framework will guide your work ethic. Your proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in this role. A track record of meeting and exceeding KPI’s and targets is essential, as is your ability to complete project work to a consistently high standard.

* Understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct and the BACP Ethical Framework.
* Proven ability to engage clients, colleagues, and senior management via various communication channels.
