This is a fantastic opportunity to join an inclusive, people-first organisation as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be part of a development-focused team providing vital services. This role offers the chance to earn, learn and develop within an organisation that genuinely values its employees. From day one, you'll receive all the training and support you need, with many colleagues going on to gain industry qualifications or progress their careers within the wider group.

What you will do?

  • Greeting customers and assisting them at the counter
  • Working on various branch tasks
  • Utilising the latest in-branch technologies and digital services
  • Building relationships to provide customers with a fantastic experience
  • Resolving customer queries with care and integrity
  • Collaborating closely with branch colleagues to meet customer needs

What you will bring:

  • Honesty and genuineness
  • Ability to care about helping people with their finances (no previous banking experience required)
  • Ability to quickly build relationships
  • Acting with care and integrity
  • Being a genuine teammate
  • Flexibility to work in branches across the area and Saturdays when needed
