We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. This job offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch customer service and administrative support related to insurance needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the best possible customer journey, adhering to company and FCA rules and guidelines.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer journey. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling queries, administering policies and offering support across all insurance products.

  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service dealing with queries and administering policies
  • Offer support via the full range of Insurance products provided by the company in connection with customer requirements and needs for Adjustments and Claims support
  • Plan and process mid-term adjustments and customer service queries efficiently
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team goals by developing effective relationships internally and externally
  • Adhere to both Company and FCA rules and guidelines

What you bring to the job:

  • Customer service background in Insurance (Ideally in the life or motor insurance industry)
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT
