Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to temporarily join their team during the busy Christmas period. This web-based role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service and support to customers of one of the UK's leading online retailers.
What you bring:
- Experience working in a Customer Service/Call Centre based role is essential
- Good written and communication skills is essential
- Your own Personal Laptop and a strong internet connection at home
- Full availability between 21st October 2024- January 2025
- Weekend availability (Shift patterns are Monday-Sunday 7am-8pm, with 2 consecutive days off)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Excellent people skills
- Good IT skills and comfortable using software such as Excel
- A polite, tactful, and friendly attitude
What you'll do:
- Engage with customers through email, providing exceptional service and support
- Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, ensuring a positive and personalised approach
- Handle all customer interactions with a solution-focused mindset
- Manage orders, returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accuracy and using systems correctly
- Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals focused on customer satisfaction
