What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Administrator, your role will be pivotal in maintaining excellent customer relations.
* Act as the first point of contact for Key Account customers, handling queries via email and telephone
* Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
* Build strong working relationships with clients
* Process customer orders diligently
* Update customer records accurately
* Assist other team members by providing clerical support when required
