An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Corporate Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team in the heart of Manchester city centre. What you'll do:

As a Corporate Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service within the pensions and investments sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing interactions with insurance and pension providers (Telephone based – 80% of the role), supporting clients with documentation, maintaining client records, assisting financial advisors, executing administrative tasks promptly.

  • Efficiently manage daily interactions with insurance and pension providers to ensure a seamless and professional experience
  • Support clients in completing necessary internal documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards
  • Aid financial advisors in the preparation and processing of client documentation, enhancing the efficiency of client service delivery
  • Guarantee the timely execution of administrative tasks, aligning with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Promote effective communication within the advisory team to foster a cohesive and productive work environment
  • Keep client information current and accurately recorded in our systems, facilitating efficient access and analysis

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in the a corporate customer service role
  • Ability to speak to customers whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional organisational skills are required to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with various stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality when handling client records is crucial
