Operations Executive
We are currently recruiting for an Operations Executive to join a great organisation in Milton Keynes, initially for 6 months. You will be paid on an hourly basis equivalent of £30,000 - £35,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for all questions and queries on a day-to-day basis
- Organisation of collaborative team meetings, forums, and engaging team conferences
- Facilitate regular meetings with internal teams
- Help with diary management for the senior team
- Providing line managers and colleagues with regular updates regarding team meetings and events
- Management of the corporate travel contract
- Maintaining company systems as required
- Produce and collate briefing and project materials, as well as internal reports for team leads
Experience and Key Attributes
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing clear, effective solutions
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
