A leading global real estate services firm is seeking a Team Assistant to join their Bristol office. What you’ll do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Bristol office and wider Markets team
  • Act as front-of-house: welcome clients, prepare meeting rooms, and organise refreshments
  • Coordinate internal events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Register new clients, complete compliance and conflict checks, and update Client IQ
  • Support specialist teams (OPRE / Lease Consultancy) and assist with property plans
  • Manage office spend, invoices, and monthly Barclaycard reconciliations
  • Oversee office operations: stationery, printers, document security, and IT assets
  • Support onboarding, arrange staff headshots, maintain internal documents and keys
  • Liaise with building management and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

What you bring

  • Proven experience in a busy administrative or office support role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing demands
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude with a positive approach to routine tasks
