A leading London organisation is seeking a Junior Office Administrator to provide essential support to the Business Coordinator and Senior Administration team across a busy trading floor. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is keen to build a career in administration. You’ll join a supportive, knowledgeable team, with strong opportunities for training, development and progression.

What you’ll do

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Coordinator and Senior Administration team on a busy trading floor
  • Process invoices and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Arrange complex international travel, including flights, hotels and transfers
  • Manage diaries and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit professional PowerPoint presentations
  • Draft and distribute weekly departmental communications
  • Act as back-up support for other administrators during absences
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality

What you’ll bring

  • 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or business teams
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Experience with invoicing, expenses and travel booking systems (preferred)
  • Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
