The role involves negotiating contracts, providing advice on ‘live’ projects, and directing and manging dispute resolution processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong legal expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What you'll do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts.
• Provide critical contract administration / dispute avoidance advice on ‘live’ projects
• Manage construction-related disputes, including adjudication, conciliation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
• Provide strategic advice on project/contract structuring and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s market presence.
• Lead and mentor junior associates.
• Promote innovative solutions in the construction sector.

What you bring:

• 7+ years’ experience in construction law.
• Experience on contentious and non-contentious matters.
• International project experience.
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive approach.
