Our client, AXA, is seeking two experienced Administrators to join their People Services Department based in Bolton.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment and contribute significantly to the implementation of a new HR system. The role offers a competitive salary of £16 per hour and the flexibility of hybrid working with only two days required in the office.
What you'll do:
As an Administrator at AXA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business across various tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support services. You will manage records and documents, assist in report preparation, and provide vital support to team leaders. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of new procedures or systems, enhancing efficiency within the department.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Administrator role at AXA will bring excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential. You should be able to multitask effectively, manage your time efficiently, and work well under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills are crucial for this role. Additionally, you should be able to prioritise your workload effectively and work independently when required.
