Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team based in South Manchester, United Kingdom. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary of £25,000- £30,000 and the opportunity to work within a supportive and inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations, processing orders, and providing comprehensive administrative support.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Administrator, you will be:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to high volumes of emails in a timely manner.
  • Raising quotations and enquiries as well as processing orders.
  • Maintaining good customer relations through regular contact regarding orders, delivery dates and general enquiries.
  • Monitoring customer accounts and processing supplier and customer remittance statements.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative duties to management.
  • Inputting customer orders received via telephone and email.
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a considerate and empathetic manner.
  • Following up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
