This is a VP level position that you will be responsible for providing specialist Risk management oversight of a specific risk type, you will investigate risk limit threshold / breaches / near misses and prepare regular reviews of the exposure. You will b identifying relevant risk mitigation actions in particular when exposures are in excess of limits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for banking book securitization exposures across various asset classes.
- Preparations of credit & rating analyses for securitization transactions.
- Co-operate with business/deal team and help provide structuring advice to new transactions
- Provide credit approval or recommend/present transactions for approval.
- Monitoring and stress testing of securitization exposures
Skills / Experience:
- Solid experience in credit risk management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to head deal reviews from start to finish
- Strong risk assessment skills.
- Comfortable making structural recommendations.
- Credit experience in leverage finance or corporate credit a plus
