A leading, global Investment Bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analysis with Client Management Services experience. This is a hands-on role sitting in the Front Office Change team and initially supporting the Client Management Services, Onboarding KYC AML functions and other initiatives across the team’s extensive book of work.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and manage cross project synergies, dependencies and challenges to ensure efficient delivery of projects
- Create and maintain RAID logs, project plans, business justification documents, and status reports to see projects through to completion
- Full lifecycle Project Management and Business Analysis
- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the projects
- Manage implementation deliveries ensuring transparency of risks, issues and dependencies that are fully aligned to functional / business owners
Skillset and requirements:
- Proven Project Management and Business Analysis experience gained within a Front Office or Markets business for either a Global Investment Bank or management consultancy
- Proven experience working in front to back Client Onboarding, AML, KYC
- Experience using different project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile, PRINCE2
- Solid understanding of Client Onboarding and KYC/AML processes
- Strong knowledge of Investment Banking clients/counterparties
