A leading retail and commercial bank based in London is currently seeking an Infrastructure Resilience Workstream Lead.
Short Term Contract (2 months)
£600 - £700 p/d
In this role you will lead a team to successfully deliver infrastructure and network projects as part of the Bank’s portfolio of IT projects to improve overall security, resilience and capability.
Prioritise projects by clearly articulating scope, timing effort and benefits of potential projects. As well as ensure robust plans and milestones are in place to ensure project delivery.
You will work with management teams and risk management to ensure that project Risks and Issues are identified, prioritised, managed and escalated in a timely manner.
Responsible for reporting progress, risks and escalations to Management Forum and SteerCo. You will also interface and network with other stream leads and team members (i.e. Digital Desktop, CISO, Change) as needed to ensure Dependencies are managed.
Ensuring that all technical changes are properly scrutinised to minimise implementation risk.
Delivery focused with technical understanding of key technologies (data centre, virtual environments, LAN, WAN, security layers and appliances, end user).
Adaptable and flexible, able to asses, analyse situations as they arise and plan a way forward. With excellent communication and stakeholder management and engagement skills.
